i casnt seem to find them in the CS anymore any reason why they took them out?

10K mesos from most Potion NPC shops. Seems legit.
A simple google search would have told you that owls are now in the potion shops.
They can be bought with Mesos in potion stores.
I may be wrong, but they probably made them free with the introduction of a certain FM website.
Yup.. they're available now in the NPC Potion shops in the game, for 10k mesos. Makes it a lot easier to find stuff now.
