painful raised lumps on white part of the eyeball?

i know this isnt yahoo answers that none of you could be doctors but i really need help. yahoo answers isnt working for me for some reason, so i have these painful lumps that i only get in the morning and ive asked everyone but no one knows what it is and its like spreading close to the colored part of my eye (idk the technical terms) so if anyone has just an idea of what it could be i would appreciate it thank you
