Cubing potential Equips
I recently got a HTP which has potential on it. Its currently a "rare equip" and to my knowledge, you have to keep cubing it in order to turn it into an "epic" or "unique" equip. So far I've cubed my HTP 19 times and its STILL a rare equip. I'm not doing anything wrong am I? Or is it just bad luck?
How many times have YOU had to cube an item in order to make it epic or unique?

i did like 5 cubes on my ht necklace and it got 6+3%luk but other items are harder lol
