I would like to tell you that after BB I stood over scar too and I tank a hit of 700! It got nerfed. The damage.

scarlion has it's old stats and has no PDR at all even with big bang, it's normal for it to hit 1 dmg to a warrior

Look at the weapon they have on.
all that def is from shield mastery (+200% def) and my range is so stable because advanced charge bl0w boosts my mastery to 94% (with combat orders)
also my critrate WITH BLAST is 62% self buffed, add in SE and i have 83% critrate with blast
and my range is low atm because im using a clean shield atm. working on replacing it but its a costly equip =[[
just FYI, my new def atm is 9556 XD getting ever closer to 9999
