Scrapyard.
High levels mainly.
220 might like.
Although most maps would require good mobility due to size.
The terrain isn't as clean as SH
Mobs do over 3k damage depending on your skills and defences. Unless you're 215+, you ain't gona like missing every second line of your attacks.
Map called "Maze 5" is arguably the best one out there

same place as any other level 200+.

if you can't solo, then in a party.
SDH was there 2 years ago, you should know what I'm reffering to. Otherwise open the map in maplestory, and type in the search function: Second drill hall.
