shanghai black market spawn time
hello basilmarket
i recently came back to maplestory to find that nexon decided to change everything to UTC for some reason
could someone tell me when the shanghai blackmarket spawns now in PST? ive been checking very regularly but ive yet to see one spawn. thanks alot

Hii Xyllion, last time i checked (that was like 3 weeks ago) it ended 0800 my time, which is Amstrdam time, CET. PST is 9 hours earlier so the black market ends 2300 PST. Good luck there
