This is the quest you can do after you have completed all of the OSSS Missions.
The objective of the quest is to get a Crystanol fragment from the Energy Laboratory without getting caught by Aliens.
When you succesfully complete the quest, you'll receive the Bing Machine-Alpha Equipment.

so how can you extend the expiration date? or perhaps make the equips permanent?
