Do you mean mastery books?
Typhoon Crush 20, is a great book for damage.
Buccaneer Blast, and Crossbones 20 + 30 are very important.

Buccs don't have skill books.
The only classes that have them are Arans, Evans, Heros, Bishops, Dual Bladers, and Paladins.
To max skills, you use Mastery Books.
And for a bucc, maxing Crossbones would be first, followed with Double Down and then Counterattack.
