The mask isn't duped. @swagtasticmofo I bought the mask from a friend in the first place who I know selfscrolled it, then I sold it to another friend who sold it her(this trader) who traded it to me.

@yanhero: My view is on scania's prices.
@NinjaOfTennis: The level 70 pants being legendary can be the same stats as the level 90 ones being unique. So if the level 90 pants were legendary they would be really good and equivalent to all the items that were traded.
So basically the same concept as higher tier items have better potential than lower level ones.
