If I anviled an anviled item back to its original appearance, would it say on the bottom "your item x has the appearance of item x" or no text at all?

If you go to friendstory, the npc that sells you uniforms also sells an item that removes anvil effects. It works for everything, not just friendstory items. Enjoy!
