How to Stop a Hacker?
Yesterday, I saw my friend log on, and I went to him. He was talking to somebody and giving him some advice. After some time I noticed he was acting a bit strange. Then suddenly, he said that his name was Jessy, but my friend was Matt. I typed, "I knew it wasn't you!" and after the other guy left he asked me about it. During that time he admitted that he was hacking his account, and threatened to hack me if I told the real person he got hacked.
What do I do? How do I stop this hacker?

@MystChronic He didn't tell me his actual account so I don't know.
@RangerAko He is on right now (afk) and I looked at his info and he still has his gear.

he can reformat his computer (wiping harddrive)
he can get Malwarebytes (anti-malware)
but i believe that the hacker transfer his account to a new email, so that means your friend is gonna have to send a ticket in saying he was hacked, wait for a day or few for a response, make a new email to have that account transferred to and by then its far too late. i been hacked before, this how they do it.
He's pretty much done for. Your friend "Matt" probably lost all his items, due to the fact he got hacked.
was the gin CrossBoW0man or something like tht cause he hacked me and infected my laptop with a key logger. luckily i formated it so im safe.

Tell your friend
He can't hack you unless you do something stupid like visit a website you're unsure about, or accept and run a file that somebody sends you (even if it's just an image)
