Alright, thanks guys, guess I'll go to NLC then.
The less hairs available + if your current hair is in the pool, the higher the chance.
So say, you decide to go to NLC for it, what you do is use Tot's VIP hair coupon (if you haven't already) to select any hair in their options THEN use REG coupons.
I see a coupon in Bera for 1.5bil unsold, which translates to 19k NX or more which is about 9 tries.
We won't have the same luck, but I find that i get it easier at New Leaf City than Henesys.
