Like somebody has said many times before. An easier way would be to ask for damage per line of blast.
With a 260k range, 100% boss, 81% pdr with threaten, and mpe pot, I'm able to do it in about 23-5 minutes.
If you post your range, %boss, and pdr with and without threaten(to find it with threaten you have to use a pdr calculator.), I might be able to help you out with an estimate
i did it with 83k clean and 97%boss, used gren/red mpe potion echo hero and for the last stage used 60att buff, my time was 30:26

Different classes, different times. Takes Dark Knight less than 200k Buffed Range, including Crossover Chains
