Guide to exchange Red tickets efficiently
Step 1. go to Rien
Step 2. put all but 4 tickets into your storage
Step 3. Cassandra is still in that town (don't need to go to the event town). Exchange 4 tickets = 50coins
Step 4. there is a teleporting portal right beside Cassandra, it go straight to where the storage is (not really, but within clicking distance)
Step 5. Repeat 2-4.
PS. there is still town lag, but it isn't as bad as the event town...
Edit: Since @guye1296 mentioned aqua town, i went there...it's even faster and less laggier!
Enter the portal between monster park shuttle and Boss Kumi, Cassandra is right inside there.
There is a portal right above the one you went through, which leads to a storage.

@guye1296: I will restart and finish it in Winter break before christmas. It's going to be 2-3 hours of content.

Sorry, I should have said those are the options you click to exchange to her.
You don't enter the number of tickets, and when you click "Oh yeah!" you exchange
I lag in Rien and also in the Aquarium room with the NPCs, is there any other place?

i was stuck there for like a hour...
do this right after you input your pin...click
enter twice then esc then 1 left or 2 then spam up...
like if you was playing mortal kombat "finish him"...

I experience town lag, so I do this:
1. Go to Aqua Road
2. Go to bank at Craft Town

4. Go to the map where all of the NPC are (A portal in the bottom row, don't remember which one)
5. NPC chat Cassendra and trade RED tickets
6. Repet

Only if you have more than 10 tickets on your character.
This method allows you to store your stockpile and exchange 4 at a time.

They still stay in 100's would be dumb nexon turning them all into 10's. Not sure if they stack now in 10 but atleast u keep them as 100
