My computer is less the a year old, It for the last 2 months have been lagging extremely bad in towns, my friends computer does it fine, *sometimes*

Help ..I'm trapped in Leafre....

Depending where i feel like sitting in my apt i hav a diff comp in almost every room. Since bigbang my vista comp had super lag but still playable. When i play on my bros laptop going to town is like the kiss of death n he runs win 7 pro. My laptop runs on xp n for years its been fine. Now i cant b in town or i lag n try to escape lol there has to be a real reason behind y this happens. And with that reason must come a solution

It's annoying the kag spike when I perform a skill, kill a mob or when mob respawns, but so weird I don't lag in town...

The only towns I don't lag (or at least not much)is sleepywoods and craft town

I ran it on on windows 7 and I lag but on Vista I dont its so weird

I'm on Win7 and i really lag like hell. More in crowded towns like Leafre, Henesys, kerning etc. I've been using fine before bigbang but after few patches i started to lag more every patch. Now when i lag in like leafre , it will take like 3-5 mins just to move 1 step.

personally i have almost never lagged in maple since i got my new comp but now i lag in towns as well i think its because of the "being sick event" causing a lot of people to have an effect and as we all know effects=lag

I get the bunches of lag as well. As long as when I attack on my mage- is it possible that Arcane Aim glitched again? o.o

I don't lag myself but some of my friends do.

I get lag spikes in regular monsters maps like blue dragon turtles etc. I cant get any quests done because of it.
Quite annoying. I barely make it through Azwan party play mode...

My brothers laptop runs 7 and his lag is so crazy it makes mine look ok

Nexon should look into y we lag in town n fix it.

It pisses me off. I've tried everything and there's literally nothing I can do. It takes me five minutes to leave the damn map.

bast963 from Southperry, "Fiel discussed this before, and gave us a thorough explanation that I don't remember fully, but I did get the gist of it: Gaga and Cassandra keep refreshing every 1 second, and since a few patches ago, it seems to be every 200ms that they do the refreshing, making it lag even more. The refreshing was the keep track of event dates. This bug is copypasted from big KMS patches, so this isn't a GMS problem and I'm sure these two NPCs are causing much "town lag" in KMS too."

This can be backed up if you go to Aquarium where at first there is zero lag but when u go into that area with gaga and cassandra its a lag fest..

It's not the computer. If you look in the Bugs/Glitches section of the MS forums, heaps of people are reporting it and many have listed their specs and have computers that should easily be able to run MS.

My comps only a year old. I don think thats the issue or at least i hope not
