Computer Help

When I turn on my computer I get 1 long and 2 short beeps anyone know what this means? I've tried taking out the graphics card and same thing happens anyone help please? Motherboard is Asus m5a78l-m lx plus matx am3+ graphics card is Asus 7870 ghz edition.

edit found my problem the PowerLED was not plugged in.

There isn't tons of information here. You might not have intergrated graphics enabled on your Mobo, so your connection was loose and not recognized, and you took it out so it's still not seeing a card. Best option is contact the company of your Mobo.

if you check the link i posted above, it gives some troubleshooting steps you can do to try and fix the problem
click on the one that says "1 long beep, 2 short beeps"

You should probably provide some more information in the OP if you want accurate help. Giving half of the information and expecting others to solve the whole problem over the internet isn't helping you or those trying to help you.

Look around the web 1 long beep and 2 short ones probably means somethings wrong with graphics card said everyone on the internet, and I don't have an os installed yet...

What possesed you to take out the graphics card. Its probably something to do with the Operating System and Motherboard. The graphics card wouldn't stop the whole computer from working to my knowledge.
