I think it's generally worth it.

In the past marvel wheel, on my first spin I got 100 CSS, some quest delivery nonsense item and some other item not worth mentioning which i forgot.
I'll just state some somewhat 'decent' items that i got
2nd spin- item lock 365 days
3rd spin- 5 smegas
4th spin- empress mage cape

For the new marvels event
1st spin- empress bow, monster sack, SoK
2nd spin- ruby exp coupon, roaring tiger smega, picnic lunchbox

Almost always got my money's worth or more

In one spin, I got Miu Miu the Traveling Merchant or whatever, five Super Megaphones, and the Teddy Bear Shop.

Its very random. I in my life have only spinned it once, and that was yesterday. Spent 6.1k total (4.9 spin + 1.1 double) and I made a 1.5b profit from it. I got two Blizzard Capes (500m ea), 35 Gach tickets (got a racc mask and sold for 250m), and a SoK (Plan on getting a zhelm and selling for another 200m). While some people get almost nothing, some get everything. It's VERY VERY random.

Personally, totally not worth it. Didn't get anything worth selling out of 6+ spins.

did one spin got 50 gachapon, igos bloody crossbow, and wheel of destiny
spent 4.9k and got 52k worth of stuff so i think i did good
