Branding Edge

I just gained a Branding Edge with potential.
At first i thought the potential was useless until i realized that DA needs HP

so the stats are
90 attk
7 slots

pot:
6% max HP
5% chance to apply lv 2. Seal when attacking

my question is, is this worth something or is it crap ?
