Has anyone else had bad lag?
If a town has cassandra or gaga or event NPC's I got at 1 frame per minute. I can't go cash in my red coins cause I lag out in event hall. Has anyone else experienced these problems?

there is a red coin merchant at ellin forest as well as three dorrs at ToT
Well I can go into the event hall with no lag after I got a better computer. As someone already posted, just go to the temple of time. There are the RED shop merchants there for you to cash in your coins.
