Hey Guys. So with the recent night walker revamp they've reached number 2 on the dps list and I really wanted to make one, so Yolo. I have 4 bil to spare but I have no idea what to buy. I've never had a thief so any information about what to buy or what to do with my money. Any info will help thanks bas.

Well obviously you're going to need stars, don't waste money with furies, i waited till i saw someone selling flame stars cheap and got a few sets for 88m each. But like above said, CRA gear, fafnir claw will cost you around 2b~ depending on world. Scroll everything with 70%s, and then do gollux pres and work on gollux set, you really won't get a whole lot of range out of it but it's a solid start.
buy some clean ra reinforced set do easy magnus to try to get some nova boots
just scroll your gear with 70% and enchance em to 10 stars you can also buy epic pot 50% and pot your gear
