24 attack buff question
Hello, I was wondering if you get the 24 attack buff if your Cygnus Knight is not level 120 before the patch. So like if my dawn warrior is level 80 right now, do I need to level it up to 120 before the patch? Or can I just do it later?

you start at 10% when you lvl up as a cygnus, leaving you only needing 90% of the exp when you lvl post this patch

120/5 = 24
That's why they get the +24

no it works the same way as bof, it applies to all characters, I have a ss of my mechanic in tespia with it
