Upgrade sugestions
Ok, so I got hacked a while ago, but they didn't take everything from my shop mule, just a few of my mains equips. Lost about 1.2b from it, but I still had most of my equips.
I found the keylogger, changed info etc so it won't happen again.
Here are the equips I have got back since then:
Scar helm: 17/15/15/15 6% dex 3% str (untradeable, can be SoKed)
Legendary maple leaf: 3/3/3/3 (face)
Kenta goggles 3/3/3/3
Evolving ring 2 level 17
Evolving ring 3 (will be 10 soon)
Explorer's crit ring (untradeable)
Cruscaders Zeal ring (untradeable)
Splendid silent cruscade shoulders 8 weapon attack 7 str 6 dex 1 slot left (I chaosed this myself) (untradeable)
Cape +3 dex 3% (my old cape was stolen)
6 WA 3% dex glove (my old glove was stolen
8 str 19 dex 6% dex overall
11dex 6% dex shoes
Mark of Narconian (untradeable)
4% dex belt
126 Legendary dragon shiner crossbow dex + 12 total damage 6% (untradeable)
I have made about 1.5bill to upgrade with.
Also, I could buy nx (never have before in 3 years, but hey, always a first) to supplement those funds.

That doesn't seem that bad, are you sure the GM glove scrolls are that low? I thought I saw some for 400m yesterday, but they might have just been overpriced.
A lot of shops in the FM sell empress equips, the gloves are about 500m hidden pot or 300-400 without potential. GM glove scrolls are maybe 100m now? I'm not sure on those, I got my glove when it was 1.2b and the scrolls were 250m each.
