If you favorite the all star hair coupon in the cash shop you can always see which one it was last!

Yes they're still usable. All the coupons are always usable and the hairs available are the same ones in the latest update. So for your all star hair coupon you have to search the most recent all stars hair list and those are your options.

That one was the most recent one I could find. Unless there has been one more released between now and January, those are your options atm. They aren't that bad IMO and good luck getting what you want
