Reina Strait not receiving the fishing kit
I've tried giving up and fetching a new fishing kit but I am not getting it in my inventory.
Is this questline bugged for some classes or bugged in general?
This has occured on my BeastTamer.

Just train at Cellions until 50, then move onto chryse mobs
Yeah it's in the known issues on the site and forums. It's a pain. But I would suggest maybe trying easy zakum in the 50s. You can only do it twice a day but usually gives a full level and only takes a couple mins.
Thanks for responding. It now feels like I have wasted time on my Beast Tamer.
I kind of like doing these quest lines as they give decent rewards for characters who just started out or so.
Guess I will continue with the Story's questlines.
