It is impossible to find a Nexus 7 in stores

Today, I felt like I was searching for an xBox 360 on Black Friday, 2005.

Since I'm an impatient person who loves instant gratification, I wanted to find a retailer that stocked this goddamned tablet rather than waiting 5 business days for it to ship. Over the course of 3 hours I went to:

2 GameStops (Pre-order only with $50 deposit; new tablets arrive on the 31st)
3 Office Maxes (The website said the stores had some in stock; that was BS)
3 Office Depots (Same with goddamn Office Max)
3 Walmarts (The same with Office Depot. HOWEVER, the manager told me that they had 2 in their trucks and 7 in their warehouse and asked me to come back in a few days)
2 Staples (Same with Office Depot).
2 Radio Shacks (It was at the second Radio Shack that the employee told me that the Nexus 7 was only available on their website (protip: it's out of stock on their website))
1 Best Buy (None)
1 Frys Electronics (None)

Too long and didn't read: if you want a Nexus 7, order it from Google. Don't be stupid like me.

Note to retailers: If you're going to post "in stock" or "limited stock available" on your websites, MAKE IT SO THE ITEM IS IN STOCK SO I'M NOT LOOKING FOR NEEDLES IN HAYSTACKS OR ACTUALLY UPDATE THE SITE MORE THAN ONCE EVERY 24~36 HOURS.
