Scar run question

Okay so I was wondering if there is such a thing as someone killing Scarlion for you and letting you loot the helm. Would this be free or do people charge? And does it make a difference if you summon the Scar or not? I'm asking this because I just did all the pre reqs for the Scar and Targa quests.
