Potential stat question
Okay so I was wondering can only certain level items get certain potential stats?
Today I found a 3 str potential:6 str 3 str 25 hp warrior top level 50 and I wonder if i cube it i'd be able to get % str on it or if only certain level items can get % stats.

3, and 2 lines refer to potential
So at level 50 the item won't be able ot get +3% str just like +2%?
Awesome, I think I might try it unless I find a higher level top with 3 slots
