Sound card BUDGET $100 or less

I'm looking for a good sound card for the price range of 100 dollars or less

Thing's i'm hoping it has:

1. awesome quality with music
2. awesome quality with music
3. awesome quality with music

Don't really care about my sound in games as you can tell =P

been looking at the creative Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer, but i'm open to other suggestions

hopefully someone has shopped in this category and can tell me from first hand experience what to expect out of certain sound cards, because all i've ever used is integrated XP

edit: forgot to mention, it can be either pci or pci-e, since i have both of those slots still open on my board

@ above how bout headsets? (like the Sharkoon XTatic Gaming Headset 5.1 for Xbox/PS2/PS3/PC/DVD)

As for sound card, is the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium PCIe Fatal1ty Champ Series better than XtremeGamer?

just some feedback... i got the card today...

Installing it was quite scary.. i thought it would just slide into the pci slot, but i had to jam it in due the the connector being slightly off... but it works

as for sound quality, it makes my speakers sound better (not MUCH better)... as for my headphones (g330)... i like the sound thru the usb adapter it came with better

and the software... pretty darn awful tbh... quite confusing and definitely not user friendly

edit: overall this is a 100% kickass product (haha jk, but hopefully you guys get the joke >.&gt

So I asked a friend of mine that records and stuff for his band, and this card is apparently the one he has along with some external sound thingy:
