Mechanic Awakening Quest
This quest is a continuation of the alliance quests. It says to gather 10 alexandrite from the mysterious mine and bring it to Empress Cygnus at the "Conference Pavillion". Does anyone know where this "Conference Pavillion" is?

yea ur right lols. You can get in to the conference room via the dimension mirrors.
You get the sp reset from the alliance quests.
And as for ekhart, you get a lightbulb by being in eldestein.
Where do you get an sp reset for a mechanic?
