There's nothing really wrong with Bellocan, its just that everyone who's usually doing the bosses are not active on maple at the moment because they're bored. Once something actually exciting comes around (eg: Thief / Pirate Revamp & Phantom) then people will start to play more. And in terms of empress weapons, my suggestion is upgrade your other gear, for example your cape, and continue scrolling / cubing your gear and then focus on your weapon when prices become reasonable.

My weapon is level 64 and it sucks. And im dexless, UA, 4 dex. I am only getting empress because I am going to use a +80 dex potion to wear them so they are essentially the only equips I can wear the way I have planned it...

also, %luk and %att > clean empress. If you have a well cubed weapon now, don't give it up for a set effect.

Yeah, I can get a crappy~decent Ravenhorn Cape for like 100m (Probably what I will do) just for the 5 set effect, but if I wanted a good one I would pay 200-300m. And yeah 114 attack isn't terrible, I really just want to upgrade to a good 130+ attack dagger, especially a baselard, because I want the set effect. I have been really weak when I have played maple before and I really want to be a good Shad...

Well you said you still need money for that cape, why not keep making money until you can afford both~ wa114 dagger isn't bad anyways.

Yeah, I am doing that, but my Shad is level 120, he is a UA so at 130 I can use my Emp gear. I still have been using a 114 attack 22 luk dark mate, and I was gonna replace it with a baselard, but if I cant buy one yet, I don't wanna spend my saved money for my baselard on a new dagger, because I really need a new dagger. I was gonna go straight from Dark Mate ---> Baselard, but no dagger in between...

Wait until I believe Db revamp which is a few months after Phantom comes out in GMS. Then Empress will be fixed/nerfed and be actually legitly killed. Then you will see more weapons come out. Also Bello is losing a lot of population and the ones that did empress on a daily bases either quit or world xfered to other servers. I still think Charles is doing his though. There are no empress weapons at Bello just the ones that people got from those gacha type things(forgot the name). That is why they are so expensive.
