I want people to start over with
Hello fellow maplers,
I am a long time Maplestory player who has quit for a long time. However, I have these spurts of nostalgia every once and a while which lead me to download Maplestory again and play. It is never the same just running around doing nothing by myself, I need friends to make it more fun! I am looking for anyone who wants to make a new character and play today to help make my one day experience of my favorite game as a child great! That's pretty much my exact story! I made some really really close friends in it, some of which I met irl. They all quit and so did I, and I don't think I will ever start playing the game again Its just for when I'm really bored. I started playing league of legends and got really good then quit because it took over my life haha. The only reason I feel like playing today is because I don't have school.

Yeah, I started around 2008 and it just isn't the same. I play for like a day or two but without friends I just can't stand it! I miss old maple :'(
You and I are a lot of like. First started playing in 2007, and I also have spurts of nostalgia. Haha. I download the game every couple months then delete it after two weeks cause it isn't the same. So now I just get on for events.

I did the same exact thing with a group of Basilers two summers ago; we chose a server (it wound up being Bellocan) and we started completely from scratch together. Many of us had just come back from long breaks so all the basic post-BB elements seemed baffling, haha. It was definitely the most fun (and most entertaining) time I had had on MapleStory whilst it lasted.
If you start over in a new server, I hope you get to meet a lot of great people to run around and enjoy Maple with. (@ImCrowned seems pretty fun~) If you choose to stick around Bellocan, feel free to buddy me! With the character slot coupons from Hot Time coming soon, I'll be spending quite a lot of time on new characters (at the very least to level 120, if not higher). I actually enjoy doing odd quests and traveling around so it'd be great to have some company to spend time with.

You should fly around and do nothing by yourself. Get a cheap flying mount and the soaring skill and just fly around maple.
I'd definitely join you but I've gone months without playing too and the only thing keeping me from quitting for good is that I have to use some guardian/shield scrolls before they expire (in a few weeks lol). Good luck finding a decent person to play with
