post ulimited Db vs BaM
I made a BaM while ago and it was kinda fun, but i left it couse i hada alv 170 db, so the thing is
that i'd like to know who is better dpm/bossing wise
DB: 60% luk 230 att 20% boss 30% pdr.
BaM: What i get from selling my DB equips-

BaM? More like BAMF.
@shiromugetsu if i make my BaM my main, i'll sell/trade all my DB equips and get some nice gear (got like 50% luk and like 250 att[166 att 20% boss 30% pdr][80 att katara 15% pdr]

BaM is the correct way of saying battle mage
not batm
BaMs are actually high than DBs in the Southperry %dmg thread.
However, I feel that Dual Bladers are funner (since I have both classes).
BaM isn't bad. It's viable. Do-able. Assuming you have the proper fundage.
DB however are very good at what they do. But they also require a bit of funding to achieve maximum performance.

Bams are strong when it comes to fighting multiple monsters, and specialized in field fight rather than 1:1 bossing.
And out status resistance in quite low of 20% (Even there is class with 0% status resistance)
I would say Batm is fine but Dual Blad is better when it comes to damage and bossing (but less suitability unless you have 100% dodge rate) since Batm never die easily

dbs are alot faster boss wise i believe, bams are strong but their not the best bossers..
I am a Bam.
And we aren't damage dealer when it comes to Bossing
We do have Battle Rage increase 1:1 damage by +40% and our DPMe doubles with Sweeping Staff but still I don't think capable as Dual Blade Bossing.
But I do recommend Batm as fun class to play
