First of, you need to have a level 10 smithing character so you get a higher % on getting the item with
potential, and thats what we want.
I reccommend to craft level 40 top/bottom/gloves/shoes/hat
What are you should aiming for, isn't a 6% item, but a 3-4% will do.
Supposing you get 3% on all above mentioned equips now we got:
Top - 3%
Bottom - 6%
Gloves - 9%
Shoes - 12%
Hat - 15%

For a temporal weapon [b]BEFORE[/b] hitting 120 you should craft a level 70 or 80, aiming for a decent potted one.
When you hit level 120, I reccommend to do as often as you can the Dragon Rider Party Quest

There is a probability that we get a level 105 weapon from the box.
Also If you do the party quest 10 times, you can get any of these Tablets [scrolls]

I reccommend to craft Half Earings and level 40 belts
and maybe if you get enough meso, level 100 pendants

Belt -21%
Pendant -24%
As for the cape, you should get any with hidden potential or unpottentialiaced, if you get an unpotted one

This is like saying every arab person is a terrorist. Not everyone buys nx. Its not even that hard to make mesos, calm down with this buying nx and hacking stuff not everyone does it or even NEEDS to do it. Listen less than 5% of the WHOLE MAPLE POPULATION hacks. Now out of 10,000,000 of them that's 500,000 the MOST. But that being said maybe like 1% of those actually effect the maple economy, which are the only hackers most people care about. So 1,000 hackers in scania is not that much compared to the other games.

You can't be accidently hacking, you either hack or don't hack. That being said you can not knowingly buy a hacked item but that doesn't make you a hacker.
@Chup 5% probably lower I just pulled that out of my butt. but 5% is probably the HIGHEST amount, I mean how many hacker stores do you see in the fm. If you do a complete scan of the fm I see about 5-10 stores out of like 10,000 stores in scania

Well guess what that's the nature of f2p games. And secondly I have no idea where you and all these other people get the ridiculous and false notion that most funded people hack and or buy massive amounts of nx. I and many others have managed to get "funded" via merching/other methods none of which involving maxing out our credit cards or illegal methods.

Even less people hack... In bera I know the person who has most of the kaiser lhc hackers. He invested in a hack and sells leech to make that money back. Most hackers you see are probably related somehow. Less people hack then buy nx. The majority of people get funded by merching. It's sooooo annoying when poor people assume you hack/buy nx.
I do not support hacking. Just brought it up for discussion purposes.
