Regarding the last book of the Inheritance Cycle

Before I start I'd just like to say to anyone coming to this thread who hasn't read the final book of the inheritance cycle.
~~~~~~SPOILER ALERT~~~~~~SPOILER ALERT~~~~~~SPOILER ALERT~~~~~~
Although I wont be revealing anything about the book, other than my feelings towards it just in case someone out there wants to read my thread but not read the comments, I would like to discuss the events that took place in the final book of Inheritance with those of you who have read it, especially the ending.
And to anyone who complains that I spoiled the book for them, don't say I didn't warn you.
So I just finished reading it, and it was fantastic until the end. I mean really? It was just so...so... disappointing. And now I can't stop thinking about it. I even made a depressing songs playlist on my iPod, something I've never even thought of doing. I've been spending most of my time reading fanfiction stuff and looking for signs of a continuation of the books. Yes, it has made me that obsessed.
So I'd like to ask you Basilers first, how did you react after you read the book? What was good or bad about the book? And yes you're free to talk about any of the events that took place within the book, even the surprising and heart-wrenching ending.
Pretty much, this is like an "official" Inheritance cycle thread, except it's not actually official, although I'd love it if I could make it official, or a mod could if the thread turns out to be mildly successful.
EDIT: Also, do you think the Paolini will make a fifth book? Maybe not a continuation of the series, but a stand alone or a prequel of some sort.
And, what loose ends are there that confuse you and that Paolini should tie up?
Ah I love reading your guys' comments. Hopefully it'll get me out of these dark times. Seriously though, did anyone else feel extremely, morbidly depressed after reading this?
I mean, it wouldn't have been half as bad if Arya went with Eragon and they had children and such. But leaving Arya as well as his home? I couldn't take that. It just ripped my heart into a million pieces. Even a little kiss could have dulled the pain I felt. I could probably rant to death about this. I really hope there is some kind of epilogue or something! Because if not that would be so cruel.
Completely hated it.
It's almost as if he was running out of pages and wrote that last 100 in a hurry.
The Menoa didn't want anything at all from Eragon? Even though she clearly said he would have to repay her?
&What about Angela? I always loved her character, and they hardly revealed anything about her...
I was hoping she was a Grey Folk..
I feel that the cover for the book is wrong. The green dragon doesn't show up until AFTER all the conflict. It should've been an alternate art for Saphira or like Shruikan or something.
I was extremely disappointed.
Like the whole freaking book was great until it got down to like the last 100 or so pages.
It seemed like he tried TOO hard to not have a happy ending.
