Why do people use Specs and Branch nose/ smiley mask over mystic face and eye when they're lvl 115.

The reason i have specs is because I bought them way before any other eye assesory came out. And you can easily switch it to other chars at lvl 70
Many people tend to favor low stat tradeable gear over high stag untradeable so they can resell or move if they quit. Also, with duped noses and masks, they pretty much rivaled what most people would scroll their mystic to be. If you plan to stick to that character and put enough into it, mystic can be far superior.
because my smiley mask looks awesome =S but i do use the mystic eye thingie
The mystic set is wasteful given its untradeable and most people tend to quit for other characters of either different characters that use the same weapons as their current main or sometimes even a completely different class. To be safe, I'd say its best to not invest in things that are completely untradeable.
Branch noses are currently the best tradeable face accessories. Given rarity, tier one accessories are another feasible option although well cubed ones/ attack ones seem rather pricey.
If you can afford to cube your own gear and only want to fund 1 character, mystics will give you the best results (currently) as a face and eye.
