For low and high funding f/p all the way
Currently (assuming every class caps): BaM > F/P > I/L > Lumi > Bishop > Evan > Kanna.

Definitely Evan. After RED we get 85% status resistance and buffs to our bossing skill.
Ice Lightning are BOMB.
They're not the best DPS or DPM I suppose, But let me tell you this.
It will be fun and you wont regret it.
