Anyway to get Ishtars Ring?
It wont allow me to use Ishtar's Ring on my Mercedes cause I hadn't maxed the skill before and I was wondering if there was anyway I could get the skill?
I can't afford an SP Reset Scroll and I cant use my 4th job sp into 3rd job so I dont know what to do.
