Returning to play, need some assistance

What's up fellow thieves.
I decided to play some Maplestory again but I haven't played since v.60, but have logged in sometime between version 90 something I believe.
So..what'd I miss?
I'd also appreciate if someone could answer some questions regarding equipment.
Right now I'm a STR Shadower with 50 base STR, 100 base DEX (Yeah I know, too high) and the rest into LUK.

My equipment is the following:
13 ATK WG (Hammered twice)
124(130) ATK 10 LUK 1 STR Reverse Pescas (+6 ATK +6 M.ATK +4% Crit) Level 2, Hammered once.
13 ATK Khanjar (+4 All stats, 40 M.DEF) Unhammered.
14 DEX BSS (2% DEX, 30 W.DEF, 1% W.DEF) Unhammered.
10 (18) DEX 6 LUK 2 slot (8 DEX 40 HP) Dark Pirate Pants, Unhammered.
14/17/15/15 10 Slot Targa Hat (8 LUK 32 ACC) Unhammered.

The rest of the stuff are:
Clean cape
Clean top (I wanted to get a Black Pirate Top with LUK on it.)
Evolving Ring ll Lv. 17
Explorer's Critical Ring
PVP ring, PVP belt, PVP pendant, PVP shoulders
Onyx Glasses, Blood Mask, Holy Wing Earrings.
Master Adventurer Medal.

What could I change? And what could I buy with 2bill?
