Never. Nexon can easily make the content available without shutting down the server. They already test it in Tespia so it all should be good.
There really isn't a reason to have the servers down for 6+ hours.
I know they like.. sleep or something at some point, but doing it before the PM hours would be better in my opinion.
11PM and end at around 3-6AM
12am est is the best starting time for me.
some midnight times opposite to EST times, liek 2pm EST which will be 2am for me so i start sleeping LOL. ok thats mean to the EST ppl but, just an example
The one's in the middle of the night mainly. I can just wake up and it'll be done. I'm fine with this one as well but it's not preferred.
I prefer like 4-9am because I'm normally up late into the morning so that would be around the time I would sleep.
