Woah that totally sounds like so much time and patience which I don't have, I rather buy it , okay another question I have a neb on another equipment can I take that one off of it and use it on my empress weapon.
a crap A neb would be like 50m. in my server se nebs are like 100m.

Jesus christ. The drill quest would take 60 days, the shovel quest would take 10 hours to even get a D grade neb, and in my experience only about one in 10 ever ranks up so that's 100 hours to get a C neb, 1000 hours to get a B neb. I think you'd be better off finding ways to get mesos and buy a decent A Neb.
Yeah I'm trying to find it through drops but I highly doubt that
