Steal Skill Help
Hey I was wondering which skill is better to use for skill steal: SE or Dark Harmony. Also I see bossing videos of phantoms using rapid fire, is miles aquies slower than the other skills like rapid fire, isris ring, hurricane and so on?
Also if I could get a p/c for impecable memory 20 that would be awesome haha

Rapid fire is actually faster when factoring noir carte. And SE is probably better.
Def not Dark Harmony, it only gives +40 att

I also sometimes use Advanced Blessing instead of Rapid Fire for party reasons.
Also, Impeccable Memory IV 20 is around 80 to 100m in my world.

Actually, rapid fire and hurricane are both the same speed (120ms) and hit 8.333 times per second. Rapid fire just has a higher %dmg so that's why most people steal it.
As for Mille, it has a delay of 180 ms and hits twice per cast. This makes it 5.555 casts per second so 11.110 hits+ 5.5 carte noires for a total of 16.66hits per second.
Rapid fire does 8.333 hits per second and 8.333 carte noires assuming 100% critical. So 16.666 hits per second.
As you can see rapid-fire actually hits the same amount of times when you have 100% crit when using each skill.
EDIT: phantoms also use Mille because it can mob which is useful for most bosses.
its just in these videos I see them using rapid fire, while their miles still hits max damage so I dont really see the point. Thats max damage on bosses.
