Mining Mineral Bag Exchange Bug
Is this glitched? Because even though I have 100 fragments, he still says I don't have enough. He also says it's to trade for Saffron's bag, which is the bag for herbalism, I assume, as that is the skill instructor.

It happened to me too but I just talked to the NPC again and it was fine after.
Fine for me... Make sure the fragments are outside of the bag, open use space, and talk to the mining instructor... (Is what i did)

The same thing is happening to me...and my use wasn't full...so idk what happened...
