Cant do Gold Beach Questline as Pink Bean

Hi guys, my pink bean is level 86, and now did I realize that to get the Pom Pom pink bean chair, I need to complete gold beach and rien strait. I already did rien strait, however, there is no person to talk to about starting the gold beach Questline. Do you know how I can start the quests so I can get the chair from the diary? Thanks!
