Normally the CSS in our server is around 35m. I can even get some at around 25m, you just have to look harder or find people who are willing to sell for lower.

More like 35-50m. Problem is, if people keep buying them at this price it'll only continue to be this expensive. I haven't bought a css in weeks because of this inflation. I do have the money to buy, but I don't do unnecessary expensive stuff.
I'd be better off buying a shield scroll from the CS at this rate.

Like I said, they were inflated because of spell trace fever, and the SC just finished and people are trying to get their best price. Theyll go down later in the week.

They were only inflated recently because of Spell Trace fever.
Alot of people merch those scrolls
What usually happens is the P2W people are sick of paying, but have tons of money. They use the money to buy tons of CSS and try to control the market. It's a beginner tactic, but hey it works most times!

Honestly isn't really up to the actual players on those prices.. It's the botters controlling those prices, as those are all obtained from elite bosses. I guess the actual players are somewhat controlling the prices since they buy them for that price.
