Or just get it on contract, most providers sell it for $0 on 2/3-yr contracts.

Yes, you can buy an iPhone 4s used for 200 or less, but not in a shop or anything. You have to get it via local classifieds. Certain contracts in Canada have them for 0 dollars with a 2 year data plan.

you know, if you want someone to help, you need to provide more information such as

1. What country are you from?
2. The price of the phone varies depending if you buy it outright or on a contract, so what you mean average price?
