I believe they are still investigating because this ranking policy thing was recently added, if the people they are investigating have mulitple ban records they will most likely be removed from rankings.

I feel like they pick a random person, but who knows how nexon does the process. I know one my buddies recently got a three day ban now she's off the rankings.

It could be the same reason why showdota got removed, they're removing people from the rankings if they have a ban record.
