I feel emotionally empty today.

We don't usually celebrate Christmas, but we do have parties on Christmas Eve (which was tonight) almost every year since the year my nephew was born. We don't do anything special on the day of Christmas though, I usually stay home and sleep or go out with my friend

Well, my Christmases will now include spending it with my family and my girlfriend's family. So it's interesting.

On Christmas Eve I went to my girlfriend's grandparents' house, got drunk with her dad and grandfather, and ate really good food.
Later today for Christmas I'm going over to my grandparents' (sadly my girlfriend can't come and keep me company), eating really good Italian food, and exchanging gifts.

It's just another day to me. went to gym in morning, spent rest of the day playing LoZ:spirit tracks on my new 3ds

my family has never celebrated Christmas however we do like to take this time off to gather and have one nice meal with our entire family. Pretty hard to organize a 20+ people dinner during the year when everyone has to work/ do other things so it's that one time of year when we can catch up.

i use to celebrate it, but now it's just another day.

I have lunch with my immediate family and then at night I go to my best friend's house and celebrate it with their family too

I get up and play Maple, knowing the fact I'll never get a present and my family doesn't have time for me.

for the past three years, our family hasn't been together for christmas because:
1. my dad is working on christmas day (truckdriver)
2. my mom is working and can't get a vacation to see us until later

so my brother and i just stay in our rooms or my brother goes outside. i just stay here at home.
