He ditched Wendy and ran away with Dora the Explorer. He had a plan to destroy the world. When Wendy found all this out, she turned insane. She vowed to stop Bob the Builder in his quest to destroy the world. Luckily for the world, there was someone on Wendy's side. Boots was actually a secret CIA agent out to stop Dora from her evil acts. He hides weapons and stuffz in his boots.
