It all depends on your luck really. But the reason why using no booms and guardians is cheaper is due to the fact that tyrants will inflate in price after starforce. Demands for tyrants will increase, since everybody who booms their tyrants using starforce will want a clean version to apply the equipment trace. Not to mention the fact that some tyrants are rare nowadays, which are expensive to replace.

My prediction:
No booms inflate because more people will have 7 star tyrants, thus the next step would be to get more stars obviously and given that it's cheaper to use no booms/guardians to get to 15 stars, people will raise their prices to match this increased demand and as more people use no booms, obviously there will be less in the market, thus less supply until Nexon has another nx event for them, therefore prices will raise again since demand will still be high but supply lowers. Econ 101, break down.

@wickedtmage Well Superior Shields stop working after the 7th star, although we might see them go up to the 10 star maybe? Also the Superior Starforce almost always has boom chance so it's much more reminiscent to the current EE system. It's still risky. We'll see when starforce comes out here

@wickedtmage
There's like a 35% chance of success after 10 stars. Boom chance, and starts can delevel. You're looking at the wrong chart.

@wickedtmage Please get your facts straight, Tyrants are superior, and thus they follow a different %table. You're looking at the 25star %table for normal equipment.
@MisterPANG is correct, Because no booms protect items from being destroyed, and star force does not, from 7-15 stars its easier with No Booms. There is no way to protect items from being destroyed via star force, but it does protect the item from being lost forever via item trace.

They'll probably inflate in price, since it's cheaper to star tyrants to 15 stars with no booms even after starforce update.

prices will rise since its cheaper with no booms to scroll tyrants from 8-15 stars

There's no way they can stay at that price with starforce coming in, who would be stupid enough to buy them, when even at high star count? Maximum 15 stars I believe. and to try to get 15 it costs 30 mill each attempt. 5 bill will give you 166 shots at it. 2% Boom rate at 15 stars is extremely low also.

It all depends if it is easy to get another tyrant equip to replace if it booms. I am not sure if you can still buy protection scrolls to use on starforce, guess we will have to wait and see what happens in the patch.

Broa prices are less than likely to mass inflate because a certain infamous duper has an account with over 5000 no booms (cough GLnyuforce)

No one knows yet excep the merchants who will be doing the raising or lowering of prices. Either way 5bil is too much

They might be useful to scroll tyrants, but 5bil might be pricy
