I guess it depends on the server then, impeccable memory is so cheap in Scania. I have even looted that were dropped in Ardentmill.
Just looking around in channel 1 lower free market you should see books that are a bit pricey, besides mw books.

I would say the Phantom one because impecabble memory is worth 100m or so. Which one is worth more?

You can resell the 27 coin ones, not the 55 coin one.

Lumi books are rather pricy at the moment. Some DB books can be expensive as well.

You cannot resell revealed books, they are untradeable.
